| I want to print out my work. How do I do
this? |
- After saving your work to a floppy disk, you can take it to the Learning Commons
or any computer lab with printing facilities on campus for printing.
Check here for a
list of labs with the facilities available and here for the facilities available in the Learning Commons.
- If you have an account on a Novell server on campus (which most students do),
you may send the print job to the networked printer you normally use.
|
| I need access to software that I don't own or is
not installed on my laptop (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) Can I
connect to any of the microcomputer lab servers on campus so I can use that
software? |
- Maybe. If you already have an individual username/password for that
server, you may be able to use the software on it. You must also have the software to
connect to that server (i.e. Novell Client, Appletalk etc)
